Goodbye wires… MIT team experimentally demonstrates wireless power transfer, potentially useful for powering laptops, cell phones without cords | | The MIT one more time surprises us now with WiTricity, lets think for a moment that we don’t need batteries for the laptop or for the pda’s or the ipod’s wont be this nice??? Well that’s possible now, the MIT just make it base on the old law’s of physics… it was very known that WiTricity was possible a long time ago, but wasn’t until a few years ago that the people realized that with all the laptops and other electronic gadgets we require more and more batteries… This invention, WiTricity, will help in several ways for example providing less weight to the electronic devices. If we start using WiTricity everywhere we will diminish the contamination problem, because as you know the batteries creates a lot of contamination on the world, and if this invention could help to reduce the batteries production we will be doing a big favor to our environment…. In conclusion a great development from the MIT, it’s funny I wonder what the universities in Peru are researching… now that here in Peru almost all Universities are saying that research is important and to create knowledge is their basic task to help the development of the country…

Hello everyone,
This post is like a tip to all the people who want to buy a print server.... I have a HP Laser Jet 1022 a pretty good printer.... well also I have a small network in my home so I was trying to share this printer with a print server (I bought this one on my last trip to Vegas) PSUS4 Linksys its a 4 port Switch and USB server at the same time... suppose to works with all the usb 1.1 and usb 2.0 but when I plug the printer to the printer server surprise nothing work.... at the beginning I thought mmmm perhaps I made a mistake or something.... a few hours later I was start to getting worry... so I contact tech support from Linksys and they told me that this model of print server wont work with any Laser Jet Printer.... but the funny thing is that on the box or the description they didint write that.. so was pretty tricky...

Anyway I spend a couple bucks on this gadget... so The tips of the day is... If you going to buy a print server make sure that works with your printer.... I also was looking around here a print server for my Laser Jet but not even Tredent support the Laser Printers.... I hope this information will be useful for someone....

The trip to Las Vegas was really awesome, was the first time on that side of the US, a lot of people, nothing compare to Wisconsin, the weather is really nice. For my taste too much Casino’s the only good thing about that were the shows and the restaurants, delicious food nice shows and also I learn a lot from the NAB show. Conclusion the trip was worth it. During my stay on that state I have the chance of visit the UNLV (University Nevada Las Vegas) unfortunately I didn’t have too much time to look around but I bought some souvenirs from there. Finally I have some time to write something again, this post it’s about my last trip to the US, this time I went over there to assist a convention in Las Vegas, Nevada about the latest technology on the Video and Servers field. Here a quote from the NAB website: “The World's Largest Electronic Media Show brings together more than 100,000 professionals and 1,400 exhibiting companies from 130 countries around the world. Year after year, it has become THE essential destination for anyone in electronic media who's looking for comprehensive education, inspiration and innovation.”I was a really nice, was the first time that I assist and now I have a different view of many technology’s, there was many big company’s (Microsoft, Avid, Apple, among others)showing the latest research, technology and products to the people, it was a great opportunity to see where the world is going on this filed. Now I have even more ideas and projects than before I went to this show, I will be writing about this in the future.

# Comment in the above and uncomment this below for a color prompt #PS1= ‘${debian_chroot:+($debian_chroot)}\[033[01;32m\]u@\h[\033[00m\]:\[033[01;34m\]w\[033[00m\]$’.
