WiTricity
Written by Martin Kenneth Lopez

Goodbye wires…

MIT team experimentally demonstrates wireless power transfer, potentially useful for powering laptops, cell phones without cords

The MIT one more time surprises us now with WiTricity, lets think for a moment that we don’t need batteries for the laptop or for the pda’s or the ipod’s wont be this nice??? Well that’s possible now, the MIT just make it base on the old law’s of physics… it was very known that WiTricity was possible a long time ago, but wasn’t until a few years ago that the people realized that with all the laptops and other electronic gadgets we require more and more batteries…

This invention, WiTricity, will help in several ways for example providing less weight to the electronic devices. If we start using WiTricity everywhere we will diminish the contamination problem, because as you know the batteries creates a lot of contamination on the world, and if this invention could help to reduce the batteries production we will be doing a big favor to our environment….

In conclusion a great development from the MIT, it’s funny I wonder what the universities in Peru are researching… now that here in Peru almost all Universities are saying that research is important and to create knowledge is their basic task to help the development of the country…

May the force be with you
